Sponsors of the Forum can be any Russian and foreign legal and physical persons, who resemble to the goals and problems of the Forum and have contributed to its organization and success. Contribution can be materialistic, financial, technical or (as agreed) other kind of support according to conditions of the concluded contract.

Deadline to sign contracts on sponsor support is June 30^th 2008.

Depending on the volume of rendered sponsor’s support, sponsors of the Forum get a status:

• General sponsor of the Forum – sponsor, which has contributed 115000 rubles or 5000 US Dollars;
• Special sponsor of the Forum – sponsor, which had contributed 70000 rubles or 3000 US Dollars;
• Official sponsors of the Forum – sponsors, which have contributed 45000 rubles or 2000 US Dollars
• Media sponsors

Sponsors, depending on a given status, are provided with following packages of free services:

General Sponsor:

• Exclusive status – “General Sponsor” of the Forum.
• Participation in the Forum of 3 representatives of the general sponsor as VIP-guests.
• Presentation of a representative of the general sponsor at plenary session of the Forum (5-7 minutes).
• Allocating a VIP-zone for 3 representatives of the company during a gala-dinner.
• Presenting a nominal diploma: “General sponsor” to the company-sponsor during the gala-dinner.
• Installation of an advertisement board (tablet) and the poster of the general sponsor in the foyer and conference-center.
• Inclusion of advertising information about the general sponsor in the Catalogue of the Forum (1/1 strips), and also a mention in information dispatches with the status: “General sponsor of the Forum”.
• Inclusion of information-promotional materials of the company-sponsor in participants’ packages (amount of information will be discussed with the Organizer).
• Inclusion of souvenir products of the company-sponsor in participants’ packages (amount will be discusses with the Organizer).
• Placement of general sponsor’s logo in all official printed materials of the Forum, included in the package of distributing materials of the Forum with the status: “General sponsor of the Forum”.
• Rent, display of agricultural machinery at a practical seminar.
• Additional opportunities of marketing and promotion of the company at the Forum, provided within the limits of a package “General Sponsor”, to be discussed with representatives of the Organizer.

Special sponsor:

• Participation in the Forum of 2 representatives of the special sponsor as VIP-guests.
• Presentation of a representative of the special sponsor at a plenary session of the Forum (round table – 10 min.).
• Allocating a VIP-zone for 2 representatives of the company during the gala-dinner. а.
• Accommodation of information and advertisement materials of the special sponsor during events of the Forum..
• Installation of an advertisement board (tablet) of the special sponsor in the foyer.
• Inclusion of information about the special sponsor in the Forum’s Catalogue (1/2 strips), along with a mention in information dispatches with the status of “Special sponsor of the Forum”.
• Inclusion of information-promotional materials of the company-sponsor in participants’ packages (amount of information will be discussed with the Organizer).
• Rent, display of agricultural machinery at a practical seminar.

Official sponsor:

• Participation in the Forum of 1 representative of the official sponsor as a VIP-guest.

• Presentation of representatives of a company at a plenary session – (round table – 7 min.) Accommodation of information and promotional materials of the official sponsor at events of the Forum.
• Inclusion of information about the official sponsor in the Forum’s Catalogue (1/4 strips) along with a mention in information dispatches with the status of “Official sponsor of the Forum”.
• Inclusion of one information-promotional material of a company-sponsor in participants’ package..
• Placement of special sponsor’s logo in all official printed materials of the Forum, included in the package of distributing materials of the Forum with the status: “Official sponsor of the Forum”.

Media sponsors:

• Accommodation of informational and advertisement materials of a media sponsor at events of the Forum.
• Placement of special sponsor’s logo in all official printed materials of the Forum, included in the package of distributing materials of the Forum with the status: “Media sponsor of the Forum”.

From our electronic media partners (electronic mass-media and online platforms)we would like to get:

• Locating an advertisement banner till August 2^nd 2008.
• Distributing announcements about the Forum via e-mail addresses of subscribers.
• Publication of 2 news about preparations of the Forum and 1 about the results with specifying organizers and sponsors of the Forum.

Requirements for printed mass-media:

• Publication of advertisement blocks about the Forum for the price of 24000 rubles or 1000 USD.
• Publication of 2 news about the preparation of the Forum.
• Publication of a report on results of the Forum with specifications of organizers and sponsors of the Forum.
