After filling out the Application and making a payment of registration fee for participation, foreign participant of the Forum has to fill in the Application for invitation to get a business visa to Russia and send it to the organizers. Organizers of the Forum will send an Invitation to the participant. On the basis of the received invitation the participant has to personally get a visa at a Russian council abroad. Addresses and telephones of other diplomatic and council representatives of Russia abroad can be found on the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation: http://www.ln.mid.ru/zu_r.nsf/stra. According to the Russian legislation each foreign citizen who resides on the territory of the Russian Federation for more than 3 working days, should register the visa. Such registration can be issued in hotel or in Passport and visa Administration center. |
