|"As participants of the delegation we got familiar with Canadian companies which deal with sales of agricultural machines and spare parts, and what is the main in our eyes – service. During the trip we studied all aspects of managing business.
It was really interesting to see with our own eyes how Canadians manage their business. There are a lot of similarities; however on a more close level we understood that they have a more complex way of dealing with things. During the visit we received a lot of information which in turn allowed us to determine new goals for developing company and methods of their achievement."
