Representatives from IC SMOLENTSEV & Partners have participated in the Russian elections speaker series by Dr.Vladimir Popov “New President, Old and New Economic Challenges”. Dr. Vladimir Popov is currently an Interregional Adviser in DESA and at the United Nations. He was also a Professor of economics at the New Economic School in Moscow and at the Institute of European and Russian Studies at Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada). He has written extensively on various issues pertaining to economics of development and transition (authored and edited 11 books and numerous articles).
