Within the limits of realization of the project on creating a network of hotels Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Ph.D., the Academician of IIA Konstantin Y. SMOLENTSEV, as a representative of a group of investors, and the Head of the Administration of Zavodoukovsk city district V.V. GOETHE has signed a Cooperation agreement on creation of favorable conditions for investments and development of a tourist infrastructure.
