| Chairman of the Board of Directors of IC “SMOLENTSEV and Partners”, Ph.D., Academician of IIA, Konstantin Y. SMOLENTSEV has participated in a round table discussion “The Future is Being Made Today: Scenarios for Russia's Economic Development, A Conversation with Piotr Dutkiewicz". Piotr Dutkiewicz, a professor in the Political Science Department as well as the Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies at Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada) presented his analysis of what was discussed during the Valdai International Discussion Club meeting and what this might mean for Russia as well as its business and political partners in 2012 and beyond.
