Negotiations have been carried out between H. E. Mr. Farid Shafiyev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Canada, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IC “SMOLENTSEV and Partners”, Ph.D., Academician of IIA, Konstantin Y. SMOLENTSEV, and Partner, Regional Coordinator CERBA-Ottawa Anastasia Smolentseva. The goal of the negotiations was the discussion of attracting investments into the economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
