Negotiations have been carried out between Mr. K.Trofimov, Senior Trade Commissioner, Counsellor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IC “SMOLENTSEV and Partners”, Ph.D., Academician of IIA, Konstantin Y. SMOLENTSEV, and Partner, Regional Coordinator CERBA-Ottawa Anastasia Smolentseva. The goal of the negotiations was the discussion of attracting investments into the economy of the Russian Federation.
