Problem
For Russia, food security is one of the most prioritized problems. The solution to this problem is possible only through the formation of a competitive domestic agribusiness There are factors that at the moment reduce the market investment attractiveness of this sector of the Russian economy: inadequate or lack of regulatory legislation, dominance of foreign advanced technology, protective means and fertilizers. A big role is played by competitive advantages of the North American and Western European agribusiness and, respectively, their products. The Russian leadership is now convinced that the government stability in many ways is reliant on the stability and predictability of the food market. The result was the adoption of a priority program for agricultural development at the federal level and a number of regional support programs for farmers. The development strategy of the Russian agribusiness should consist of active implementation of the most advanced domestic and international agricultural and managerial achievements with the simultaneous public-private investing of financial funds in the development of the national plant breeding science, fertilizer production, protection, machinery and mechanisms, agribusiness management, agricultural market infrastructure. Goals of the working group Consolidation of the active and coordinated actions of the state, professional associations and unions, agribusinesses and other interested organizations to create a competitive and socially responsible Russian agribusiness through the program to give the domestic agribusiness an innovative character. The main directions of the working group • Consolidation of market participants to improve the competitiveness of Russian agriculture
• Promoting competitiveness of Russian agricultural companies in the world market
• Organization of system interaction with government and community organizations, regulatory and supervisory authorities, economic entities by activity branch
• Participation in the preparation of normative legal acts regulating market
• Participation in the development of technical regulations, national standards, laws and programs that enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products • Lobbying for changes in legislation and departmental regulations aimed at strengthening the property protection, protecting businesses from unreasonable actions of security and inspection of state structures, supporting market participants as they resist attacks by raiders
• Promotion of new, innovative advanced technologies for manufacturing and processing and business management
• Providance of methodological and advisory assistance to enterprises, associations, unions and other associations in the implementation of advanced innovative technologies and product processing and business management
• Organization and participation in exhibitions, seminars, conferences and other training and informative activities in the Russian Federation and abroad
• Interaction with local and international associations, unions and organizations, involvement in their work
• Promotion and creation of equal competitive and favorable economic and financial conditions for bona fide members of the agricultural market
• Promotion of investment attractiveness of agribusiness and the promotion of innovative investment projects
• Help in the revival of villages and improvement of the quality of life in rural areas by increasing the attractiveness of working in the agricultural sector.
