An agreement has been reached on a sale of 100% of shares of “New Technologies” Ltd. to a strategic investor “Russian Navigation Technologies” (RNT). “Russian Navigation Technologies” (RNT) specializes in development, manufacturing and implementation of telematics systems for monitoring and management of transport under the brand AutoTracker based on GPS / GLONASS and is the largest Russian producer and integrator of telematics systems.
