Negotiations were carried out between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and GC “AgroIntel”. From EBRD side in the negotiations participated: Gilles Mettetal (Director EBRD) and a team of specialists, who are engaged in agribusiness. From GC “AgroIntel” side shareholders were participating. Goal of negotiations were to define conditions of cooperation between EBRD and GC “AgroIntel”. Organization of negotiation process is managed by International Corporation “SMOLENTSEV & Partners” within the project “Attracting a strategic investor for GC “AgroIntel”.
