International Corporation “SMOLENTSEV and Partners” has acted as the operator of the project of development concept of object – enterprise complex of recreational-consumer services (hotel complex) in Svetlogorsk (Kaliningrad region). The goal of the project is to develop market positioning, marketing and financial-economical justification of financing the construction of the hotel complex.
