Television Ladies Club — is the first women’s television in Russia. Broadcasting of TLC has started in mid summer of 2003. Now, audience has reached more than 30 million people, its translated in more than 500 regional cable and live broadcasting operators of the European part of Russia, Ural Mountains, Siberia, Northern Caucasus, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the countries of Transcaucasia, Central Asia, Baltic and others.
