In the Federal Assembly of
Federation Council of RF was held the Second
International Conference "Business Services in Russia in XXI century" on the topic: "Investment Russia" organized by Association of Consultants for Economics and Management (ACEM).
Tyumen and Tver regions were represented by Konstantin
Y. Smolentsev on such a highly recognized forum.
A complex of business services, which ensure infrastructure support for
investment process in Russia, was examined on the conference. There were
analyzed factors of successful realization of investment projects and
unification of investments’ efforts, investment receivers and business service
producers and also insurance of support for their work by the government
bodies.
Among speakers there were: Plenipotentiary of the President of Russian
Federation in the Federation Council, Deputy of the Chairman of the Central
Bank of RF, leaders of profile Committees of the Federation Council,
deputies of the State Council,
representatives of Federal Ministries and departments, leaders of the Moscow
Government, Heads of Representations of foreign banks, funds and programs of
technical support for Russia, leaders of organizations’ and business owners’
Unions, which accompany investment activity (investment, bank, consulting,
audit, insurance, assessment and other producers of business services).
Participants of the Conference prepared a Memorandum for creating a
Russian investment club, which will help in attracting investment resources in
regions and accompany investment programs.
