Konstantin Y. SMOLENTSEV has been awarded The Highest International Order "For Outstanding services in informatiology"
It was noted that the
Academician of IIA Konstantin Y. SMOLENTSEV made a remarkable personal
contribution in creating effective and civilized business undertakings in a
hard period of development of Russian Federation on the background of
contradictory informational and economical globalization. It was also noted
that Konstantin Y. SMOLENTSEV has an important role in organization of positive
interaction between Russian and foreign representatives of business
spheres.
Representatives of Edward Rein Fund (FRG) and the Fund’s Chairman Rolf Gartz were present at the ceremony.
