In the city of Khanti-Mansiysk at the Government House a Congress of
representatives of small and average businesses of Ugra was held: "10 years to minor entrepreneurship: results and prospects of
development in the North of Russia". More than 250 participants attended
the Congress. Among them were representatives of business, government bodies, and
public organizations. The
plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Ural Federal district P.I. Latishev, the
Governor, the Chairman of the Government of the Khanti-Mansiysk autonomous district of Ugra A.I.Philipenko, heads of commercial and industrial chambers
KMAO, Surgut, Nijnevartovsk,
heads of oil companies and representatives of business took active part in the
discussion of important business issues.
Member of the
congress Ph.D., the Academician of IIA Konstantin Y. SMOLENTSEV successfully
presented a report " Development of
the client’s orientation and creation of investment attractiveness of an
enterprise ".
