Ph.D., the
Academician of IIA Konstantin Y. Smolentsev participated in a conference " Financial
and political risks of 2005 ". Conference was organized by The
University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and Chicago Expert institute .
Conference raised a question of how effective business management is in
modern political conditions and difficult international atmosphere; decrease of
world energy dependence on the instable oil export; an assessment of external
political activity of USA in Europe and Russia was given; exchange of opinions
about the development of democracy in Russia and elimination of foreign policy
disagreements took place.
