In the framework of a project for
international economic and investment cooperation The Chairman of Council of
ACEM for international and interregional cooperation,Ph.D., the Academician of IIA Konstantin Y. Smolentsev organized a North
American branch of the Russian Association of Consultants for Economics and Management (ACEM). Creation of the North
American branch of ACEM is meant to actively assist in the establishment of
business contacts between North American and East European companies.
