- Theory basics and practical skills of developing BSC. Strategic goals
translation into measured scorecard and event plan. Defining connections and
the most important areas for business development in the company. Additional
skills of command work. Planning programs to make transformations in the

- Absolutely all skills and knowledge, received on the seminar. In the
nearest perspective we are going to apply the experience of cascade goals on
the branches of "ASKON".

- Never again agree to shorten the program from 4 days to 2. J Besides that, there are no suggestions or complains, the seminar was
very close to perfect, I think. I also think that the work will continue both
in the way of teaching our next groups and consulting".
