Chairman of Board of Directors, Ph.D., the Academician of IIA, CMC Konstantin Y.SMOLENTSEV has lead a seminar on "Corporate aspects of successful release and circulation of "club" bonds" in the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, organized by National Institute of Certified Management Consultants (NICMC). The seminar covered conditions of realization and practical solutions of the "pilot" project of long-term financing of average companies – release of "club" bonds.
