Conditions of cancelling the booking:

The application for accommodation can be cancelled by the Organization only in writing form, addressed to the Organizer of conference by e-mail or fax at least 5 day prior to settlement.

If the message on annulment of the Application has been made after the terms specified above, the Organizer has the right to keep advanced payment of the Company – 100 % cost of residing per day.
